Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns:
We do not accept returns on any tires that have been installed. All sales are final once tires are installed.

Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order prior to installation. If your order has already been processed for payment, please note that credit card processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) may not be refundable, and will be deducted from any refund issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise prior to installation, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our warranty and service policies.

Installed Products:
Once tires are mounted or installed on your vehicle, they are considered used and cannot be returned or exchanged unless covered under a manufacturer’s warranty.
